J 3.3.3 / CBSubs 3.0 / CB 1.9.1

I have setup so that a Paid Directory Listing Plan shows only when a Professional Plan is selected; the extra fields of the Paid Directory Listing Plan do not show on the registration form, however.

Shouldn't these extra fields show when the user clicks the checkbox for the Paid Directory Listing Plan? This plan requires those extra fields. The fields do show if I link to the plan by itself so it is setup right.
