I have a use case that requires me to present an html formatted invoice for offline payments. I attempted to create this invoice as a custom presentation for the offline payment slip. However, it does not appear to support CB fields (i.e. firstname, lastname, etc.) nor can I get the plan name to display in this offline payment slip. Are these substitution fields support in the offiline payment slip?

I attempted to use the Email integration of the membership plan, but it does not seem to support html. How can I accomplish this use case?
