members getting expired emails even though they are active was created by ThePiston
All of the sudden one of our plans is sending expired emails even though they are not expired. Happened to a lot of users today. I checked them all and none are expired on any of their plans.
This happening to anyone else?

Do you have a grace period on your plans? Maybe it's sending an expiration email when plan was supposed to expire before grace period starts.
