Do CB emails work at all? Check your user within CB > User Management then click Mass Mailer to send an email to your self and see if emails are even working. Please keep in mind CBSubs sends confirmation, approval, and welcome emails after payment by default. To send confirmation and/or approval emails before payment you need to configure this on the workflows tab of your plans. Resend confirmation emails only works if the user is blocked and unconfirmed I believe.
