Adding recurring payments set up outside of CB Subs was created by richbrundage
I have a site that accepted recurring paypal payments before CB Subs was installed. Now we are getting recurring payments but they are not linked to the CB Subs subscription plans. Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with this?

The recurring profile at PayPal won't have the information CBSubs needs. Mainly the basket id. So it can't pay a CBSubs subscription. You need to cancel those recurring profiles from within PayPal and those users will have to resubscribe.
