[SOLVED] Subscription pane gone from profile ??

Yes, I am wanting the subscription tab to show on User Profile.

I have the default CB Profile menu item (Community Builder » userprofile), I would like the Subscription tab to show on the User Profile when you click that link.

On Joomlapolis, my profile looks like this, with the Membership tab first:


On my site, I have three subscription plans, and my user has one of them, and is active. My Profile looks like this:


My CB Tabs Management is set up like this


This user has no forum posts, so I understand why Forum does not show up. But the user has a subscription, so I'm not sure why it's not showing.

All the settings in my previous post are in effect.

Are there special settings inside the subscriptions themselves, besides setting access level and group to public at which I should look?

Within CBSusb > Settings > Display > Plans ensure "Show on CB User Profile" is set to "Display Subscriptions tab on User Profile". Next in CBSubs > Settings > Global ensure "Show subscription plans upgrade possibilities" is set to "Yes". Now edit your plans and under the Workflows tab ensure "Allow upgrade to this" is set to "Yes", "Propose plan for upgrades only if it is more expensive" is set to "Yes: It will be possible to upgrade to this plan only if it's more expensive (default)", and "Propose spontaneously plan for upgrades" set to "Yes: show automatically plan for normal upgrades (recommended)". Finally under the Access tab ensure both "Visible for Access Level" and "Visible for Group (and above this group)" are set to Public, "Allow new subscriptions" is set to "Yes", and "Allow access from site frontend" set to "Yes: this plan is visible on the site (recommended)". Note this is all default parameter values.

There was something wrong that kept me from seeing the tab.

So I did a fresh install of Joomla, CB and CBSubs, and set it up, and it worked fine.

Then I looked at the database and compared the working version of db_comprofiler_tabs with the one with the error.

I made changes to the error table with the working table, and that seemed to fix the problem.

I'm not sure why the database was off, but it's working now with the change.
