I had promotions working so users could enter a promo code for a discount at the time of showing the invoice. Now, the place to enter a promo code is not being displayed. I have no end date on the promotion and I am selecting the proper plan that matches the available promo.
If I remember correctly, the promo should be asked before going to paypal - right?
The promotion input should be displayed on the basket before clicking the payment button. Do you have only 1 gateway available? If so does enabling a second (e.g. offline or dummy) display it again? Is this happening to renewals and new subscriptions or just one of the two? Is "Maximum uses in total (0=unlimited)" and "Maximum uses per customer (0=unlimited)" set to 0 for unlimited uses within your promotion?

I have PayPal Pro and Offline but I don't know how to just use the Offline to test. I don't see the promo entry for either upgrade or new. After selecting the plan, I get a screen that shows the total and asks for the billing address and "Click to Subscribe" button - which launches PayPal. There is no promo code entry on this screen.
Strange, try creating a new promotion leaving everything on default except ensuring it's a coupon code usage then see if the promotion input is showing.

I created a new promotion and the promo code entry did show up. I ended up unpublishing my existing promotions and creating new ones. Now the promotions can be used again.
