Error on Gateways page

All of a sudden I get this error trying to acces my gateway list in CBSubs:
Cannot instantiate abstract class cbpaidGatewayAccount in /home/xxxxxx/www/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/models/table/cbpaidInstanciator.php on line 141
I have changed some settings on the plans and deleted som danish entries in db table: _comprofiler_provinces - else nothing has changed ???
I had only enabled the gateway manual payment - and it worked fine before - ahh also just updated Community Builder - could that create the problem ?

Ensure everything is up to date then retry. If issue persists check within _cbsubs_gateway_accounts table to ensure there's no invalid gateway rows that could be trying to load.
