Update is now available. I've confirmed 2 different scenarios bugged. The one causing your issue had to meet the following criteria.

1. Be a new customer at Stripe (so first purchase through CBSubs Stripe)
2. Be a recurring subscription
3. Have a different initial price
4. Not using SCA

Very specific bug, but is now fixed. The other bug was caused by the following scenario.

1. Customer object exists at Stripe
2. No payment methods on file for Customer (e.g. if they failed to attach or were detached)

Both issues are fixed in latest build. Please let me know if you have any issues with purchases still after having updated.

The only strange thing about this is that in the first scenario, the issues I've had were not new customers and did have active subscriptions which were visible at Stripe as well as our backend. So they met 2-4 but not 1 in the 1st scenario.
Hopefully it resolved that situation as well. I've updated CBSubs on our end so fingers crossed.
Please let me know if there is anything more we need to do regarding our scenario. Thank you

Then it's likely there was a problem with their customer object at Stripe not having a payment method attached. Regardless it happens due to a missing payment method issue, which can't happen now for new or existing customer object so your issue should be resolved, but if you still see problems please let me know and will take a look again.
