I do not know how to organize the subscriptions to make the joint payment of the two.
I played with the options of parents / children, exclusive / non-exclusive, but can not find the way.

You want to purchase 2 plans at the same time? Ensure they're both marked non-exclusive and you should be able to select both. If that's not what you're wanting please clarify further what you're trying to do.
