Hi,
I have a user trying to make an ACH payment, however when they click the ACH payments option (via Stripe) it just reloads the page but does nothing. Can you please advise? Thank you

Are there any errors logged in CBSubs > History Log or in CBSubs > Notifications? Do you have ACH Payments enabled in your Stripe account? Contact Stripe if you're unsure if ACH Payments have been enabled or not for your account.

Unfortunately no logs or notifications. I contacted Stripe and they confirmed it is enabled on our account.
When the button is clicked, it only reloads the page quickly as if the API isn't being made.

Review your Stripe payment gateway configuration carefully as incorrect API keys could be the cause of your issue. Press F12 to open your browsers developer console and see if there's any errors in the Console tab when attempting to pay a basket with ACH Debit. Stripe payments are handled using their JS library. Fatal JS errors on the page will break Stripe. When clicking ACH Debt you should see the below popup.

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately I am getting errors and I am including an image of that below. Please have a look & let me know if you can guide me to a resolution?
Regarding site keys, all is correct and we use the credit card portions of Stripe almost every day without any issues.
Additionally, have you all considered adding a "Zelle" gateway option?

yjsg.smoothdrop.js is causing a fatal JS error that could be breaking things. However, there's an error directly from Plaid which is used by Stripe to make ACH Debit payments. Seams Plaid was not setup correctly for Stripe to authorize those payments. See the below instructions from Stripe on how to setup Plaid.
