I miss the map icon at the end of the field. What do I have to do for it to appear?

Ensure CBSubs is completely up to date. Your site appears to have custom CSS applied to inputs. It's possible the icon is there but behind the input due to z-index issues. Switch to default Joomla protostar template and see if issue persists.
