[SOLVED] Mailer Notices for Expiration was created by 88keyman
We are currently transitioning all our paid members to a new subscription. Right now, if a member lets that "old" subscription expire and then signs up with the "new" subscription we have created, they will get a mailer in 30 days that says their "old" subscription has lapsed.

They do have a current membership because they signed up with the "new" subscription a few days after that "old" one expired. How can I make that mailer stop sending expired notices 30 days after the "old" membership expires when they have signed up and paid for the "new" membership?

I know there is a way I should be able to do this with conditions, but I'm just not able to wrap my head around how to get it to work.

Condition that mailer to be ignored if they've a subscription to your new plan. To do this select the Conditions tab within your mailer the set the following.

First condition: NOT this condition:
Any of the following plans subscriptions: NEW_PLAN_HERE
Must be in state: Active

That should cause the mailer to be skipped if they're actively subscribed to your new plan.

Thank you. I have this set up now. I will know if it worked when the next batch gets sent out on June 1.
