I would like to ask if it is possible that in the registration form there will be a "multi-select" for guest to select other "user's" that are already registered and the selected "user's" will appear on their "profile page" after the guest is registered. Is there a way to do this?..

The easiest way would be to code a CB plugin. Another way would be to set up some kind of synchronizatoin between database table that old the usernames (jos_users) and multiselect values (jos_comprofiler_filed_values)
