The default limits are set in the tab parameters in the backend CB Tab area.
Over-rides can be set for users from the CB User management backend.

Hi every1. The plugin installed without any problems, however the plugin's CB Tab in the backend does not work. It looks ok, if I make changes to the configuration for the user and save, it doesn't change any settings!! The other tabs work fine, its just the CB Gallery Plugin that won't aknowledge any changes... please help!!

If you are NOT using CB 1.0 stable you will have such problems.
The plugin is only compatable with CB 1.0 stable.
