Upgrading RC1 to RC2... Any implecations?

Upgrading RC1 to RC2... Any implecations? was created by RJP1
When you release the RC2 of Nant's CB Profile Gallery, is it just a simple case of overwriting the old files with the new (and possibly adding 1 or 2)?

If so, are the exsisting members gallery pictures safe? ie, they won't get deleted will they, and are they still compatible?!

No database changes.
You would just unistall the RC1 plugin (nothing lost) and install RC2 (which will work off the RC1 database).

Everything is safe.

You should of course backup as a safety measure (always)!

A quick question about this, mine and a few other profile haven't seemed to benefit from RC2 gallery. What I mean by this is that when I upload a new image, it doesn't have that cool javascript or flash pop up ala-Netflix.

Instead it has the old boring one. Any ideas as to why this is or did I catch a bug?
