Help? Everything was going great...and THEN...

If that user can still not log in then it sounds like either Joomla is messed up or your site (host) it having issues...

Only time I have had the admin side lock me out was when my host had changed privelleges on my site and it could no longer write session files. (which magically fixed itself after I complained and they claimed to have done nothing either to cause the error or fix the error... but I have files on the site that prove otherwise)

Not sure what other advice to give you. you can try going into the configuration.php file for joomla and change $mosConfig_debug = '0';

TO

$mosConfig_debug = '1';

This should turn their debug messages on... also could try changing

$mosConfig_offline = '1';
TO
$mosConfig_offline = '0';

to turn the site back online.

Other than that don't know... and I will be heading out in the next few minutes so I don't have time to peek at files and dbs... I will check in the morning and see if you are still having trouble... might have some time to peek around then.

PM me site info, myPhpAdmin info, and FTP info if you still have trouble in the morning and I will peek at it. But don't have time at the moment... Sorry.

Hey Pinhead,

You have some serious issuess there. jos_mypms table missing is verry bad, did you perhaps delete doo much? mypms is that private messaging software so that error is not connected to our software.

If you want i can try to fix your website, i will need a mysql username and password and the mysql host address... and ftp access.

Other then that i really don't know what went wrong, those errors did not came from our software, did you backup the mysql database before you installed our software?

You can PM me if you want me to take a look and try to fix the problems...

Pinhead,

It looks like the jos_mypms table is missing based on the error a few posts back... the debug.txt looks like a normal Joomla debug as it lists queries that are run and not errors... so you don't have 113 errors... you just have a lot of stuff running on your website so it takes 113 queries to show your first page.

Martijn is correct about the mypms table... it is for a personal messaging system (pms) and is not related to the phpBB Connector. Connector has no code in it for deleting any table let alone that particular table. So like Martijn I am 100% sure it did not come from our connector... Don't get me wrong it is not a perfect plugin but it doesn't have the ability to remove tables.

I was thinking about when I had you unpublish the plugin yesterday... and remembered that the admin login does not go through the plugin and I don't think it even goes through CB... so it must have either been a table or host/site issue that kept you out of the admin side...

Is the site back to working normal?
