I am having the exact same problem..mine never shows any more..always says time out...

one of my IT guys said its a server script error in the connector..i will ask him again.

He mentioned its not cycling the server laod or something in the code..

I would laso be willing to test.. i have 7000+ users and it is becomign a nightmare not being able to access the converter
