hi,
help me solve this please so i can post a converter later here

i have fireboard installed
and i converted it to phpbb

so now the phpbb users are the same as in joomla
IE:

joomla user table:

---

phpbb user table:

jack

---

jack
bill

---

bill
MR.X

---

MR.X

so all there users exist in the 2 tables


in the "matched user tab"

i only found 19 users while i have 51 users in the site so 32 users is missing
anyway i synchronized the 19 users

and in the 'Users that Interfere" tab
i found the the other 32 users

when i click merge them nothing happen the page just reload
and take me back to the first tab


so how can i fix this?!!


am using joomla 1.0.13
CB connector 1.0.3
CB 1.1

Not sure I completely understand. If fireboard had all of its users in the Joomla/CB tables then all you would need to do was go to the Users - Export tab and export the users from Joomla to phpbb. Which I think you did...

It is not recommended to use Joomla 1.0.13 with the phpbb connector v1.0.3. So some of the issues may come from that. Joomla 1.0.13 changed the password encryption so it makes the users appear not matched...

If for some reason the plugin control panel won't sync the users you can always go into the individual user and type in their forum id (the user's id in phpbb)

For better J1.0.13 support you will need to wait until v2 is finalized and released public.
