Because a lot of people are having problem with the groupjive.org site.
This is the latest build of groupjive (taken from the groupjive.org website).

Again another try.... no RAR files allowed here so we made a zipped tar file (TGZ)

Latest files for GroupJive are available at joomlacode.org and will generally always be available at joomlacode.org in the File Release System.
