How do I install CB-Tab v0.3 (jaward plugin)?

How do I install CB-Tab v0.3 (jaward plugin)? was created by mli
This is really silly, but I thought I should install the CB-Tab v0.3.zip file in "Installers / Mambots" and then point to the file "cb_jawards.zip". But that doesn't work.

Someone please help me :>
