Hi, I'm trying to install comprofiler.zip in the back end of Joomla (latest version) and I get this error when I try and upload the gzipped file:

The document contains no data

Sorry if this is a dumb question but did you unzip the comprofile.zip file. Inside there are several files to install.

yes, I unzipped it and found 4 zipped files within it. I tried to install the component first and saw two other modules in it too. I didn't try to install the modules because the "comprofiler" component didn't work when I tried it. any help would be appreciated, I'd love to add CB to my site!

Also, I've had no trouble adding other components via gzip to my site, it's just the CB one that I'm having issues with.
