How to bypass profile on first login?

How to bypass profile on first login? was created by uliana
BTW love the addon <3
One question I do notice that the CBLogin module does allow login redirect from the module. However when a user first logs in they still see the 'profile page' on first use. After they log out and log back in they never see the profile page again.
The question is how to make it so they never see the profile page period.
