Doesn't make sense to me.

I using joomfish 2 and CB 1.2 and since joomfish change frontend by call language shortcode, i hoping to change english.php to en-GB.php and chinese.php to zh-CN.php so when i using joomfish language selector to change language at frontend.

Correct, but joomla's xml file then translates the 2-chars language code to full name, so I'm not sure that using 2-chars even works (from what we reproduced, having full name without any CB changes works
