The CB Gallery Module and Plugin doesn't work with Joomla 1.5 with Legacy Mode???

Because we installed it and we are getting the following error:

Warning: copy(/home/httpd/vhosts/joomlapolis.com/httpdocs/images/comprofiler/plug_profilegallery/index.html) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/httpd/vhosts/joomlapolis.com/httpdocs/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbprofilegallery/cb.profilegallery.php on line 381
Failed to be add index.html to the plugin gallery - please contact administrator!

The same error was made on this site, but the image was uploaded. In our site, the images are not uploaded.

Can anyone help?
