Is it possible?

I'm having a problem when the user clicks on the image uploaded on his profile into the Nant's gallery, the light box opens but only with a white background and no image is shown just a blank white modal window that has no close option visible either.

I hope I'm doing something wrong and would be glad with and help / suggestions, I really liked the Gallery but can not use it
