I'm looking for a german Lang.-Plugin. Does anyone know, when a LanPack could be released? Who does the work? How can I help?

i found here somewhere in the Forum i try to attach for me it works fine

What is the way to use it?
When I install it, by CB installer, it is published, but the language still ist english, as default.
In plugin-management it's impossible to unpublish or unistall the default language.
Habe I to copy unpacked files in the default lang-directory and overwrite the old english files?
As I tried, I had no permission

Is it released for CB 1.2 RC2?

I just begun translating before the file here was postet. It was written for 1.2 RC, how I can read in the xml. So I stopped translating, as I found this file.
I don't think, that we must start again with the basics.

My problem with the posted file is, that my installation doesn't change the language. The lang of the whole installation ist german, from the official lang-plugin. Directly on the server, i'm not allowed to change the default-files, becauce of owner-rights of the plugin-uploader. So what can I do, that the plugin could be active?
