Showing email address in profile

Showing email address in profile was created by rowby
Even though I have the email address set to "Show on profile" _UE_REGWARN_MAIL it shows up blank (and only has "Send Email"
I want the public to view the email addresses.
Can I have it that way?

Its a CB Configuration: Email Handling on the General tab. Its set to Display Link to Email Form by default. Most likely to help prevent peoples addresses getting grabbed by Spamers.
Might check the Documentation, may give more details on it.
