Registration problems

Hi!
How can I separate different registration? i have several football clubs that have to regsier to the website and I have several players that have to register on the same site. How can I separate these groups when the register? The register info for clubs and players are quite diggeren? And finally I dont want the clubs to see the players area and vice versa? Any solution?
Can I create more groups in CB than the original groups?

CB doesn't support groups yet. We are currently evaluating this for CB 1.3.

The upcoming paid subscriptions plugin will allow you to hide selectively fields depending on plan chosen.
