Hi guys,

Despite reading the documentation and searching through dozens of posts I just cannot get my head around how to do the following:

1. Create a new tab on a users profile that just displays a welcome message which I can define along with instructions of how to use my website.

2. Add buttons to the top menu on the profile page (where Edit/About) buttons are.

Can anyone please help?

I did have a look at the welcome plugins however I am building a site for users with disabilities so the less steps needed the better.

Are you saying it's not possible to add a tab with instructions?

I wanted to add a variety of buttons up the top to article pages on my site, for example: rules.

So it acts as another navigation bar almost.
