My client is set up as an Administrator, I am Super Administrator. In the CB Configuration Manager/Moderation settings I have "Moderator Groups" set to "Public Back End - Administrator", and "Send Moderators Email" set to "Yes"; Yet I get the new user registration emails (as seen below) and my client does not.
