Ok so there seems to have been a few posts about this over the last few years. I just want to know if anyone has come up with a solution yet?

I can't believe that the sort order of the Backend User Manager screen cannot be changed from ID. Is there a fix or does anyone know which bit of code I need to change to sort by another field. I want to sort by business name.

This is the main screen for managing members and should have a better sort option on it.

Would really appreciate any help anyone can give, is causing a real problem and the more members we get the worse it will be as there will be no logical order to look them up in.
