Woe is me!
I have tried everything but standing on my head to download the documentation PDF file. Three browsers, firewall off, anti-virus and spyware detection off early morning, late at night, and it still hangs at the 2.6MB mark!

What do I do next?

Well, really strange... Seems not to be a browser issue...Tested download right now...works fine...Only thing i could think of:

Do you use a proxy with multiple IP addresses?

(I emailed you the doc so you can get started until this issue is solved).
