no, to the best of my knowledge this has never been answered by anyone who knows how to do it.

It´s simple,
Just find in the administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/phpmailer/phpmailer.phpmailer.php
And change the line: 57 to:
var $ContentType = 'text/HTML';
