Any update on this? At least would like to know how far is from release to decide if I go with the commercial extension or if I can wait a little more.

This is highly required! You have 2 billion eyes looking at Facebook, no need to compete with that, rather have someway people can move between the sites (being your site and Facebook) - Community Builder should develop something that can help build on a relationship with Facebook - this will help grow CB and everyone's site who pays for CB.

JFB Connect advises that it supports CB now, have anyone tested? Can you confirm JFB Connect and Login, will registered a using on the CB database?
