TOPIC: No email confirmation

No email confirmation 2 years, 2 months ago #127117

Good staff
I have CB 1.2.1 and Joomla 1.5.15, and users who do not get registered in order confirmation email or I get to say I have a new member on the site. But the function of contacts joomla works perfectly. In the CB set up in the register with my email and still no good.

I have to do something about this? I found it here in the forum:

administrator settings joomla
Program Mail: SMTP
Autenticación: YES
SMTP Port: 26 (using my hosting)
SMTP user: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
pass stmp: *****
SMTP Server: mail.mydomain.com

Someone help me?

Please search, how to configure SMTP mail for CB has been covered a numerous amount of times. CB uses a more up to date mailer then Joomla and requires a few special minor changes to how you input the SMTP Host.
