I followed your instructions for enabling this plugin within Joomla!1.5.9 content etc. And it works within FF.

The problem I have is I get the dreaded operation aborted message from IE7 when I place a map in CB1.2
Everything is flawless in FF it's only IE and it's only in Community Builder. Content and modules are fine.

I've tried different Templates, With Tabs, Raw Html, Div with title, and different positions within the CB template. All crash the page in IE7

I've tried different versions of the googlemap plugin currently using plugin_googlemap_J15.2.12h.

I tested your link at the beginning of this thread in IE and it works Could you tell us what version of the plugin you are using and if you took any extra steps to get it to work in IE.

Any help would be appreciated.

I too am wondering/trying to get all my Users to populate one map, any info or tutorial on how to do this would be great.

The Gmaps component and plugin will generate a map of all CB users. You will have to pay a small subscription fee for it but it works well. Check out gmaps.firestorm-technologies.com/blog/de...-and-joomla-1.5.html
Where they have some examples.
Another component I came across which is free is extensions.joomla.org/extensions/photos-...es/maps/4646/details this also supports cb and seems rather well reviewed.

At least the above might help until a solution is found for the excellent gmaps plugin.
