After updating from CB 1.1 to 1.2 I am unable to see half of my backend menu. This issue has been reported before, but didn't give any hints as to how to fix it:

I am using Joomla 1.0.12 and php 4. I have checked the JACL settings and that's definitely not it. Tried to reinstall without any effect. If more information are required, I can try to give them, but since I'm fairly new to Joomla, they might need to be a bit more precise.
