How can I activat the language Plugin?

I´m using the CB Plugin Manager to upload the german language-pack and published it.

But at the Frontend I can read only the english texts.
why?

Edit your profile and change your language preference.

What page are you trying to translate? Content typed in by the user will not be translated without Joomfish, similar or an automatic translator. Each extension's language files only translates the strings used in its own interface.

I mean only the CB-Plugin/Modul-Contents, for example the Registration-Form or the Memberlist.

Then as long as you've installed a CB 1.2 language file via the CB Plugin manager and enabled it, it will automatically kick in for anyone with that language preference.
