Cannot switch template

Cannot switch template was created by toonmedia
Hi, recently upgraded to cb 1.2 and just purchased the new community template, I just wanted to set my cb profile as opposed to the my entire sites template to the new mycommunity template,

so as instructed I uploaded the plugin via community builder -> plugin management. Went to Cb Config->User Profile ->Template and selected mycommunity.. and nothing, no changes when refreshing a profile page in the frontend.

Tried testing the other templates and got the same , no chnages in the front end, Im not getting any errors when saving the config, I had a look at the ue_config.php and its set the template folder is set to look at mycommunity.

Ive tried flushing the cache.

Ive also noticed that since upgrading to 1.2 all my tabs are just displayed undernaeth each other in one big list as opposed to being nested, even with nested tabs set to yes.

Any ideas?

Ensure you've done a proper expert upgrade by replacing ALL files found within the expert upgrade package followed by running CB tools.

Then check mycommunity plugin has been installed and published followed by navigating to community builder configuration and setting profile template as mycommunity.
