What do you mean by upgrade?

If you mean increase the license for more users, then you can just upgrade your existing license by paying the difference.

If you mean upgrading to a new CBSubs version (latest is 1.2) then you can do this just by downloading CBSubs 1.2 (package and documentation) and following upgrade instructions. You need to have a valid maintenance period associated with your existing license to use latest CBSubs 1.2 (see sticky article in presales forum).

Typically you need to purchase a new license if you have a new website/project.
