My site is heavily database-driven and dependent on sh404sef for SEO urls. Is this component compatible? It sounds like it would handle everything I need do to ... and am doing manually right now.
A separate question: can the component automatically pass info to an external mailing list service to subscribe a new member to a mailing list? I use aWeber.

It should function fine with your SEF component. If not simply disable SEF for cbsubs links.
