Hi there,
I looked on the internet, in the forum and the FAQ but I could not find anything useful about place holders. I am using CB Subs 1.2 and want the use place holder like user name, address details or user id for the activation, renewal, expiration messages in CB Paid Subscriptions: Edit Subscription Plan.
Can someone give me a hint, please?

I am not sure what you mean by place holder.
The closest concept I can associate with your need is the CB field substitution method.
Most CBSubs emails messages and page response messages (configured in CBSubs backend areas) accept CF field substitutions like [username] for username of person, [email] for email address of person, [name], [cb_fieldname], etc.
This is documented in tooltips and in CBSubs documentation.
