Can I apply 'reactivate' for a group of subs was created by at11
Hi,

We've been using CB Subs for over a year now and our initial 1-year subscriptions have expired. Rather than editing 100 records - is there a way to apply a new subscription (Renew Now in the Subscription tab) to groups of subscribers?

I really do not understand the question.

If a subscription has expired then each user needs to renew.

You can manually give each user a new subscription bu visiting each user profile from backend (bypassing payment).

You might be able to use the import functionality also.

Please post your issues using the same username as you used to purchase CBSubs license.
