lost all admin menus except cb and cbsubs

lost all admin menus except cb and cbsubs was created by webbedhands
Was changing/configuring cbsubs plans - test driving & experimenting, then suddenly lost all admin menus not connected with CB (see attached).
Even if I go and type in 'your-site-URL/administrator/index.php?option=com_modules', I only get the modules connected with CB, not the full range. (Even save etc. gone).
Have no idea how to resume normality, would be most grateful for ideas.
