Before I purchase the CBSubs, I need to know if I can set a specific # of ads that come free with the membership. My current installation of CB is working great with AdsManager. Just need to know if this is possible.

CBSubs cannot magically add features to other extensions.
Does the Ads Manager have a feature to specify the number of ads a user can have?
If there is such a feature in Ads manager then you could use the SQL integration plugin to take advantage of it.
