Problems with dummy gateway

Problems with dummy gateway was created by moozarkgrl
My needs are simple - one month or one year subscription. I've set up a dummy gateway so I can test everything. It seems to work until I click on one of the Payment icons (MC or VISA) which then responds with invalid URL. How do I get around this?

You need to configure the:

Credit-Card Form http(s) mode:

parameter on the Settings -> Credit-cards tab to HTTP
