Payment Slip not showing up

Payment Slip not showing up was created by rica
Joomla 1.6.5
CB 1.8 RC2
CB Subs 1.2.2

Currently I am having trouble with the payment slip for offline payment not showing up. It just shows up as a blank page and does not show up any information for the payment slip. Where can I put the parameters for the payment slip? How can I email the payment slip to users also??

I can provide backend access if needed. PM me.

Please post your request from username of CBSubs license purchaser.

Thank you for the reply nant. The problem I am having is the my developer that purchased the license under her dev account is no longer working on my site. We purchased the license however now have lost it since we cannot get it from the developer to change it to us. So I am trying to get some solutions on problems we are having with CB. If I can maybe PM you our license # (we also have cbsubs) you can check it yourself and see.
