Fixed Expiration date and prorate of membership

We are using CBSubs 2.0 and looking to have all memberships expires on a specified date. If someone joins within a certain period, the rate would be pro-rated.

Any suggestions on configuration?

I assume you have configured a calendar year plan?

Please give details of plan.

You need to configure a promotion (automatic) for this - see new Timing tab in promotion and also display tab in promotion.

Here is our rate structure.

Nov. 1 - Feb 20
$75.00 for regular membership only (Example Nov 2011-Dec 2012)
Memberships expire on 12/31

July 1-Ocotber 31 regular membership is only $37.50
Still expires on 12/31

So you have one calendar year plan that costs $75 per year?
Your calendar year starts Jan 1st - right?

And you want that if users subscribe to such a plan between Nov 1st and Feb 20th that they will be charged the full year fee of $75?

If they join between July 1st and October 31st they are only charged $37.50?

What do you want to happen if they join after Feb 20th but before July 1st?

Not sure if all of this can be done yet - just trying to understand what you need first.
