just FYI the popup tip on this field in the Payment Gateaway section refers to PayPal Public Certificate File: and shall be changed in future versions.

My question here is:

I have a Windows Vista OS and where do I found teh Openssl utility to generate my own private key? In the manual page 93 you refer to use:

openssl req -new -key my-prvkey.pem -x509 -days 7300 -out my-pubcert.pem

Can you guys give me a hint on where I can find the openssl application?
